Virtual Format (90 Minutes)
A concise, skills-based online workshop ideal for teams beginning their journey toward bias recognition and trust-centered care.
Learning Goals
Identify trust breakers and replace them with concrete trust builders.
Apply the SHALON Listening Loop™ and teach-back techniques in real-world encounters.
Use shared-decision prompts and documentation that reflects patient voice.
Commit to one personal and one system-level action step to track within 30 days.
