This workshop is designed to empower GRAMMS to take charge of their overall well-being by focusing on both mental and physical health. Participants will explore the importance of being proactive about their health. We will discuss common medical risks for Black women, including heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension, as well as strategies to manage and reduce these risks. Additionally, the workshop will address the vital connection between mental and physical health, offering tools and practices to support emotional well-being.
